Refresher Courses
Refresher Courses are for returning SwimStories swimmers who have previously completed a Water Safety & Survival Swimming Course and need to reawaken their skills after a break, time away from the water or a period of regression.
A Refresher Course is not a repeat of the full course or a recreational swimming programme. It is a short, focused reintroduction to previously learned skills.
When is a Refresher Course required?
A Refresher Course is required when:
The child completed a Water Safety & Survival Swimming Course but did not continue directly into Little Swimmers Weekly.
The child previously attended Little Swimmers Weekly, stopped lessons and now wishes to return.
REFRESHER COURSE PRICING & OPTIONS
One-Week Intensive: Four 10-minute private lessons from Monday to Thursday. Fee: R1,800.
One-Week Intensive: Four 20-minute private lessons from Monday to Thursday. Fee: R2,960.
Two-Week Intensive: Eight 10-minute private lessons from Monday to Thursday. Fee: R3,400.
Two-Week Intensive: Eight 20-minute private lessons from Monday to Thursday. Fee: R5,600.
Administration fee: R500 once-off per Refresher Course enrolment.

Refresher Course policy states that a 50% non-refundable deposit secures the booking, with the balance payable before the first lesson.

A minimum booking of one week is required. The lesson duration is matched to the child’s previous course level.

Regular lessons do not take place on Fridays. A Friday may only be used for a replacement lesson specifically approved by SwimStories.
