At SwimStories, we focus on survival and self-rescue skills. Our distinctive roll-over breathing technique is a critical aspect of our teaching, often not addressed in traditional swim schools. This method allows children to float, relax, and breathe autonomously, empowering them to swim, stay afloat, and enjoy swimming while conquering water-related fears.

No, parents are not required to be in the water. Initially, your child may experience stranger and separation anxiety, so we encourage your presence at the poolside. Sometimes, we may ask you to step out of view to build trust between the instructor and your child, fostering self-reliance and confidence in the water.

For minor ailments like a runny nose or allergies, attendance is encouraged. We try to accommodate up to two make-up sessions for 6-week course participants and one make-up session for 3-week course participants, subject to instructor availability.
