Little Swimmers Weekly
Gentle, consistent weekly lessons that strengthen survival skills, build confidence, and support your child’s transition into early swimming.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To join the Little Swimmers Weekly Program, your child must have completed:
• The Floater Course
or
• The Swim–Float–Swim Course
These weekly lessons reinforce and stabilise the essential survival skills your child has already learned, supporting long-term progress and emotional confidence in the water.

LITTLE SWIMMERS WEEKLY
WHAT IS THE LITTLE SWIMMERS WEEKLY PROGRAM?

Little Swimmers Weekly is the natural next step after survival training.
It is designed for young children who already know how to float, breathe, and roll, and are now ready to practise those skills regularly as they begin their journey into early swimming.

This program:
-
Strengthens survival foundations
-
Builds confidence and independence
-
Introduces early stroke movements
-
Provides calm, nurturing one-on-one support
-
Helps your child maintain and develop their hard-earned skills

It is the bridge between a “survival swimmer” and a confident, recreational swimmer.

WHY THIS PROGRAM WORKS:
Children master skills through repetition, rhythm and emotional safety.
Weekly lessons provide just the right amount of consistency without overwhelming young nervous systems.

The Little Swimmers Weekly Program works because it:
-
Reinforces core survival skills
-
Builds muscle memory
-
Supports children emotionally
-
Allows them to progress naturally
-
Keeps their bond with the instructor strong
-
Ensures they do not regress between survival stages
This is how your child develops from a survival swimmer into a child who enjoys swimming confidently for fun.
