Swim–Float–Swim Course
(24 Months – 3 Years)

The next essential step after the Floater Course.
This course teaches your child the full survival sequence: swim, roll, float, breathe, and return to safety independently.

The Swim–Float–Swim Course is the progression survival stage for children aged 24 months to 3 years who have already completed the Floater Course.
It builds directly on your child’s floating and breathing foundation, helping them link their skills together into a complete survival sequence.

Through calm guidance, repetition and predictable routines, children learn to:

• Swim forward
• Roll onto their backs to float and breathe
• Rest in a stable back-float position
• Roll back over and continue swimming
• Reach safety independently

This sequence is the cornerstone of real survival swimming.
