Returning swimmers must complete a minimum one-week Refresher Course and receive instructor approval before restarting. Please contact admin to arrange this. Refresher lesson fees, the R500 refresher administration fee, the R1 000 Little Swimmers re-entry administration fee and the applicable weekly term fee are separate charges. Placement is subject to availability.

10-minute lesson, twice weekly: R5,670 per term, payable as three monthly instalments of R1,890.

20-minute lesson, once weekly: R4,961.25 per term, payable as three monthly instalments of R1,653.75.

20-minute lesson, twice weekly: R9,416.25 per term, payable as three monthly instalments of R3,138.75.

Lessons run Monday to Thursday at the SwimStories Pool, 7 Botha Street, Lemoenkloof, Paarl.

Please provide three suitable day-and-time options. If you are applying for twice-weekly lessons, include your preferred two days in each option.

10-minute lesson start times:

Early morning: 07:00–07:50

Early afternoon: 13:00–13:50

Afternoon: 15:00–15:30

Late afternoon: 16:20–17:10

Start times are spaced ten minutes apart.

20-minute lesson start times:

Early morning: 07:00–07:40

Early afternoon: 13:00–13:40

Afternoon: 15:00–15:20

Late afternoon: 16:20–17:00

A 20-minute lesson requires two consecutive available slots within the same teaching period. These are timetable options, not a guarantee of availability. Admin will confirm your child’s final day and

This week is used only for lessons cancelled by SwimStories. It is outside the eight regular teaching weeks and cannot be used for illness make-ups or other parent-missed lessons.

LESSON DAYS AND HOLIDAYS

Lessons run Monday to Thursday only. No lessons take place on public holidays, official school holidays or special school holidays. These scheduled closures do not qualify for make-up lessons, refunds, credits or fee reductions.

SPLASH NAPPY REQUIREMENT

A SwimStories reusable Splash Nappy is compulsory for all children under four, even if fully potty trained, and older children who are not yet fully potty trained. No other swimming nappies are permitted.

If you need to purchase one, the cost is R450, additional to lesson and administration fees. It must fit correctly for every lesson.

ATTENDANCE AND CHANGES

One illness make-up per child per term may be arranged if you email admin before the missed lesson and supply a doctor’s note, subject to space and the full Terms and Conditions. It cannot take place during the reserved replacement week. Other parent-missed lessons are forfeited.

To stop weekly lessons or reduce your booking, email admin@swimstories.co.za with 20 business days’ written notice. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Cancellation charges and any fee adjustments follow the current agreements.

OPTIONAL PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT

After submitting your registration form, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. Please allow up to twenty-four hours for our admin team to send available time slots based on your preferences.

If you do not see an email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Once a suitable time slot has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice with the first of three payments for the term. New students entering the Little Swimmers Weekly Program will also receive a once-off admin fee on their first invoice. Payment must be made within twenty-four hours to reserve your time slot. Little Swimmers Weekly operates

on a term-based fee structure calculated over an average of ten weeks per school term. Current pricing is always available on the SwimStories website.

When payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personalised calendar, your weekly lesson schedule, and your payment dates for the term.

Please ensure that you read all SwimStories Terms and Conditions carefully, as parents remain responsible for the full term fee regardless of missed lessons for any reason.
